Online Rental Payment Options are Available

Excess Storage offers online payment options for rental customers.  We can set your account to send an invoice directly to your email each month when rent is due.  From the email you have the option to pay the invoice online.  Please contact us at 979-836-6735 or email excessstorage@yahoo.com if you are an existing customer and have not provided us with your email address.  We would be happy to update your account information so that you may benefit from the online payment options.  

Online TSSA Storage Rental Agreements

Excess Storage now has the ability to send your TSSA Rental Contract to your email for an electronic signature!

Submit a TSSA Tenant Rental Application 
You may start the process by submitting a TSSA tenant rental application from the link provided at our website http://www.selfstoragebrenhamtx.com/rental-application.html.  Please note what type and size unit you are wishing to rent within the application.

Excess will Email you a TSSA Rental Contract
We will then send you a completed TSSA Contract for signature and payment information request.

Sign Contract & Send Payment Information
Apply your electronic signature to the contract along with payment information.

Excess will Process Payment and Send you an Executed TSSA Rental Contract
We will process your payment and apply our signature to the contract.  This will then be emailed back to you.  Please retain a copy of this contract as well as the move out form that is included in the packet.

It is recommended that you call or email before submitting the application to ensure the type and size unit you are wishing to rent is available.  Units are rented on a first come first basis.  The rental application does not guarantee you a unit. The payment and signed contract must be received first.

If you prefer to rent the unit in person, please stop by our office at 1105 Prairie Lea Street, Brenham, Texas.
